Fox et al chose to make this baby formula story their latest scare tactic du jour - hard to imagine that not causing a run on formula and making the problem worse. That doesn't mean it was the main cause of the problem or that the Biden administration couldn't have done anything better or anything like that. Just pointing out that right-wing media's choices to rile up the base have real-world consequences.
